Особенности организации социального обеспечения детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, в Сталинградской области в послевоенный период (1945-1953 гг.)

Авторами рукописи на основе анализа научной литературы и архивных источников дается оценка основным направлениям организации социальной обеспечения детей-сирот, реализуемых специализированными учреждениями Сталинградской области после окончания Великой Отечественной войны. В процессе проведенного исследования установлено, что эффективной формой организации их социального обеспечения являлась шефская помощь.

Russian Prince at the Court of the Golden Horde’s Khan

In this article theoretical reconstruction of staying Russian princes at a court of the khan of Golden Horde in XIII–XV centuries is offered. This work is based on the analysis of Russian chronicles accounts, notes of the Arabian, Chinese and West European travellers.

The article covers the period 1950–1960. how the transition of agriculture to intensive development. Drawing on the work of local historians, using a wide of source material, the author seeks to highlight the ambiguity and contradictions of state policy in the collective-farm production.

The Officer’s Staff of the Urals Cossak Troops During the First World War 1914–1918

The article focused on the research of the officer’s staff of the Ural Cossack’s infantry during the 1st World War. It is the first attempt to examine of some aspects of training of the officers in the Cossack military embodiment, their educational and professional growth. The reader could find some interesting facts of the losses, decorations and faith of some officers after the end of the First World War.

The Ideology of Neo-populist Parties: Disagreements in Policy and Tactics between Socialist-Revolutionaries and National Socialists

In this article we study disagreements in policy and tactics that arose between the parties of Socialist-Revolutionaries and National socialists. These disagreements involved the development problems of agrarian sector, some differences in understanding of social and political structure of Russian society and the attitude to political terror. The major conclusion of the article is the following: disagreements in policy and tactics of neo-populists prevented them from formulating common ideology.

What is «Legal Populism»?

In this article the author investigates and analyses the content of the notion «legal populism». He makes personal stuff of legal populist precise. A new typology of legal populist thought is proposed. Different points of view of scientists on the theme are analyzed.

«Rules of an Estimation Immovable Property for Taxation by Zemstvo Gathering» on June, 8th, 1893 and Change of Problems of Zemstvo Statistics

In the 90s of the XIX century in Russia’s zemstvo gubernias appraise work was being done on determining the earning power of the lands intended for agriculture, and also real estate for the purpose of imposing zemstvo taxes. The foundation for that research was laid by ordaining the law «Rules of assessment of real estate for imposing zemstvo fees» on June 8, 1893 which put the performance of zemstvo statistical work under government control.

The Agrarian Legislative Government of Alexander III and the Russian Peasantry

The main object of the article is the socio-economic situation in Russia in the end of 19th century. The measures of the central and local administration, applied in the Russian village, have been analyzed within this research. The author resumes that the reforms of the authorities had made the position of the peasantry more complicated.

Governmental and Community Initiatives in Question of Regulation of Russian Censorship at the Beginning of the XIX Century

The article considers the initiatives of the Russian Emperor Alexander I and his Unofficial Committee in question of Censorship Reform. The article gives an account of the the community influence in question organization of the Censorial Statute of 1804.
