Based on the materials of the memoirs of the participants of the events and the business correspondence of the embassy with the British government, the image of the Spanish people in the representations of the British ambassador to Spain – Samuel Hoare, who held the post from 1940 to 1944, is considered. The Spanish Civil War of 1936–1939 led to a crisis in many spheres of society. The author comes to the conclusion that the conflict within the state has led to a deep cultural split in Spanish society.

The article examines Russian relations with potential adversaries in the interwar period. The author systematizes a number of diplomatic Anti-Soviet Acts and the ranking of states threatening the USSR’s foreign policy during 1920s.

Based onthematerials ofthememoirs ofthe participants ofthe events andthe business correspondence ofthe embassy withthe British government, the activities of the British ambassador to Spain, Samuel Hoare, who held the post from 1940 to 1944, are considered. It is shown that the effectiveness of his actions grew not only in simultaneously with the success of the allies in the war, but also due to the strengthening of economic cooperation between the two countries.

The article defines the major points of Russian foreign policy in Europe in 1920s. Author analyses relations between USSR and European countries during the period of temporary balance in the mechanism of decision making due to the pressure on Stalin and his supporters by the opposition inside the Communist Party.

In the article author continues his series of publications devoted to views on foreign policy among Russian opposition. This time he focused on the approaches to the international problems by the largest Right-wing liberal party of Russia — RPR-PARNAS. Special attention is given to estimates by the Russian oppositional liberals of such pressing questions as Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization, diplomatic clashes over the issues of euroassociation of some former Soviet Republics, civil war in Syria, and « The Magnitsky's Law».

The article continues the cycle of publications devoted to views on foreign policy of the Russian opposition. This time it will be about one of the most notable Russian right-wing liberal parties RPR-PARNAS. The article analyzes the vision this part of the opposition liberals the main causes, major events and the most probable perspectives of the civil war, ongoing since 2011 in Syria. A special place is given to their estimates of Russia's role in the Syrian crisis.

В этот раз речь пойдет об одной из самых крупных отечественных либеральных партий – РОДП «Яблоко». В статье анализируется видение этой частью оппозиционных либералов основных причин, важнейших событий и результатов первых трех лет «Арабской весны». Особое место отводится оценкам партии «Яблоко» места и роли России в попытках разрешения международным сообществом ливийского и сирийского кризисов.

Данная статья посвящена исследованию серьезных трансформаций в системе международных отношений после распада Советского Союза, после которого государства постсоветского пространства были вынуждены выстраивать свою собственную внешнеполитическую линию. Автор также анализирует внешнюю политику Казахстана в контексте формирования новой системы международных отношений. 

Статья посвящена анализу теоретической концепции «Гуманитарного пробуждения», предложенная президентом Ирана Махмудом Ахмадинежадом для трактовки революционных событий в регионе Ближнего Востока на примере Египта. На основе исследования официальных высказываний представителей властей Ирана, анализируются теоретические основы внешнеполитической доктрины Исламской Республики Иран на современном этапе по вопросам региональной системы безопасности и панисламского сотрудничества.

Статья продолжает цикл публикаций автора, посвященный внешнеполитическим взглядам одной из ведущих оппозиционных
либеральных партий России – РОДП «Яблоко». В данной статье
внимание автора сконцентрировано на трактовке этой частью
российских либералов причин, характера и последствий воссоединения Крыма с Россией. Особое место при этом отводится поиску членами партии взаимоприемлемого варианта компромисса
между Россией и Украиной по крымскому вопросу.
