This article analyzes the transformation of Turkey’s national policy regarding the development of its defense industry, set against the backdrop of a fundamental reassessment of security approaches following the attempted coup d’état on July 15, 2016. The research examines the economic dilemmas of defense industry development, including finding the optimal level of defense spending and analyzing the dual impact of the defense sector on Turkey’s economy.

This article focuses on the conception of national security of Russian Federation in the context of forming Russian innovative society. The author studies knowledge of Russian political elite about character and main components of innovative regeneration of the country, the talk of state is identified. The problems of making new civilization level in Russia are also studied.

The article examines the problems and prospects of post-Soviet integration on the example of trade and economic relations between Armenia and Russia. The reasons for Armenia’s accession to the EAEU and at the same time the signing of the Comprehensive and Expanded Partnership Agreement with the EU, which is considered a simplified version of the Association Agreement are analyzed.
