The article defines the stages of the scientific activity of the State Prize laureate, Honored Worker of Science, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor V.G. Tyukavkin. The factors that influenced the formation of the historian’s world outlook are shown. It is proved that under the domination of the Marxist-Leninist methodology, the historian organically combined traditional and new approaches in the evaluation of capitalism development in the Siberian village. 

The article is devoted to the analysis of the complex and contradictory process of the migration of the soviet people in 1944-1953 within the territory of the Crimea and the Northern Caucasus, where the crimean tatars, chechens, ingushs, karachais, balkars and other ethnic groups were deported from. Also, the process of the migrants’ return from the post depositional territories is studied. The author makes a conclusion about the radical change of national structure in the Crimea and Northern Caucasus after the war.

В статье исследуется процесс планового переселения колхозных хозяйств из Украинской ССР и ряда российских регионов в новые районы Саратовской области, образованные после депортации
немецкого населения. Анализируется соотношение различных категорий населения, вынужденно перемещенных на постдепортационную территорию. Делается вывод о том, что ядром, вокруг которого формировалось будущее население значительной части Саратовской области, стали переселенцы-колхозники.

В статье исследуется процесс планового переселения колхозных хозяйств из России и Украины в Крымскую область в 1944–1953 гг. Анализу подвергнуты противоречивый процесс заселения постдепортационных территорий, причины массового обратного выезда переселенцев. Делается вывод о решающей роли российских колхозников в эволюции национальной структуры Крыма. 

The article deals with the problems of the implementation of state tasks in the Pskov region for the planned relocation of labor to multiland areas of the Amur region (1961–1967). Statistical data on the number of resettled are given, the difficulties of the ongoing campaigns and their consequences for one of the indigenous regions of Russia are revealed.
