The article examines the history of military educational institutions evacuated to the city of Volsk during the Civil War. The role of the Volsky machine gun courses and the Kronstadt diving school in the training of commanders for the Red Army and the Red Army is explored. The contribution of Volsky cadets in the defeat of Popov’s detachments in the Saratov Volga region and their participation in the struggle for the establishment of Soviet power in Transcaucasia and Central Asia is studied.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the causes of the beginning of the war in Chechnya. The author examines the questions of making policy decisions about the putting into bringing of Russian forces Chechnya, town of Grozny. Special attention is paid to the Chronology of that time and actions of Russian political forces and political forces of Chechnya.
Crime during the new economic policy as a social-legal phenomenon, tendencies of its development, quantitative and qualitative characteristics are analyzed in the article.
