The article examines the activities of the anti-bribery commission under the Saratov Provincial Council of National Economy. The methods of the commission’s work and strategies for combating corruption in Soviet economic bodies in the early 1920s are analyzed. The author studies the results of the commission’s activities as one of the first purges in Soviet bodies after the approval of the NEP. 

This publication is a study at the regional level of the problems of development of handicraft industry in the years of NEP. On the materials of history of the Saratov province the nature and features of private and handicraft industry are investigated, the sources and factors of its evolution are analyzed. The author on the basis of archival materials reveals the variety of economic structures and their known continuity with the pre-revolutionary economy of the region.

The article examines rural everyday life in Dagestan in the first decade of Soviet power. On the basis of archival documents, the influence of the NEP on the daily life of the rural population, which turned out to be burdensome for them, is revealed. Despite the class approach, the new tax campaign led to a deterioration in the financial situation of the highlander, since it was carried out without taking into account the specifics of the republic’s agriculture.
